Simplify For Joy #11: Mindfulness

Don't just live life, EXPERIENCE it!

  1. Be still and focus on your breath for one minute.
  2. Focus on a natural object for a minute or two.
  3. Develop touch point cues.
  4. Close your eyes and listen.
  5. Choose a random routine activity to align yourself with physically, mentally and spiritually.
  6. Notice five things in your day that usually go by unappreciated.
