Somehow we've missed out on a whole week. We're definitely not complaining - we love taking time off work (who doesn't?). We're just sorry to have missed our weekly tip post last Sunday. To make up for slacking off like that we'll give you a double bill today:

Vitamin D's all the rage these days. Everyone we're talking to claims to have been recently diagnosed with a Vitamin D deficiency, or they know someone who has.
Is it a serious health issue, or just hype?
We won't pretend to be experts, but we do agree with Erica's tip to double the time you spend outside. It does wonders for your mental state.

We all feel like we need more closet/cupboard space, right? Well, what about making use of door storage? Brilliant idea, don't you think?
