Bestie's Getting Hitched!

It's been 6 years*. Like you, we've been through a lot. We've seen new places, visited old ones, lost people, met new ones, picked ourselves apart, loved, laughed, rebuilt, and last night we celebrated. Dilly's on cloud nine. I've been smiling so much that my cheeks hurt. We've also been crying about it, which made me wonder why we get sad about good news ... and off to Google she went. This Huffington Post article made perfect sense and offers practical solutions, so I  had to hop online to share my favourite takeaways (and Marli's happy news!): šŸ’Ž The brain doesn't always differentiate between good and bad anxiety. šŸ’Ž Using anxiety as fuel for solutions, often diffuse it. šŸ’Ž Being open to positive outcomes can reduce the likelihood that good things will feel like mistakes to your brain. *to the DAY
